These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Visib website at https://visib.link ("Website") and the services provided by Visib. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Visib

Visib is a link management platform that allows you to create shortened URLs with custom call-to-action (CTA) overlays. Our services include link shortening, CTA overlays, click analytics, custom domains, and page snapshots via our Chrome Extension.

2. Account and Subscriptions

You must create an account to use Visib. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Visib to:
- Send spam or distribute malicious content
- Share links to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
- Impersonate other individuals or organizations
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. CTA Overlays and Snapshots

CTA overlays and page snapshots are available on Pro plans and above, and require a custom domain. Content displayed through CTA overlays remains the property of the original content owner. Visib is not responsible for the content of third-party pages displayed through our service.

5. Custom Domains

When you connect a custom domain, you are responsible for maintaining its DNS configuration. Visib is not responsible for domain reputation issues caused by your usage of the service.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://visib.link/privacy-policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Visib is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to lost traffic, missed conversions, or service downtime.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

9. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
