Link management tool for branded short links and CTAs
Visib is a link management tool built for content you share on someone else's site. Create branded short URLs on your domain, manage every vlink in one dashboard, run a link tracking tool on each click, and keep your CTA overlay visible after the reader lands.
How to use Visib as your link management tool
Start from the dashboard or the Chrome extension. Paste the long URL you want to share, pick an overlay style (button, bar, text, or image), and publish a short link on a domain you control. Each vlink stores its destination, overlay, UTMs, and pixel IDs so you can update the destination or overlay copy without breaking old posts.
Custom domains keep links on-brand. Starter includes one domain; Business supports five. Step-by-step DNS setup is in the custom domain setup guide. For the full product surface, see Visib features.
- ✓Starter (9 €/mo): 10 vlinks, 1 custom domain, click analytics, UTM builder
- ✓Business (19 €/mo): unlimited links, 5 domains, custom slugs, snapshots, no Visib badge on CTAs
Plan details are on the pricing section of the home page. Paid plans only.
Bring visitors back to your site with a CTA on every share
A short link alone sends traffic away. Visib loads the article or sales page in a frame and places your call-to-action on top so readers still see your newsletter signup, promo code, or product link while they read third-party content.
When the publisher blocks embedding, Business can capture a snapshot so your overlay still appears. Real-world overlay patterns are in CTA overlay examples.
Link management dashboard for every vlink
The dashboard is your control center: list active vlinks, open one to edit the destination or overlay, and see which links still get clicks. Custom slugs on Business (links.you.com/guide) make campaigns easy to recognize in reports and in your CMS.
Affiliate marketers who need click proof on partner URLs often pair this workflow with affiliate link tracking. Visib uses the same vlink model for both use cases.
Link tracking tool: analytics on each branded URL
Visib counts every visit and CTA click on your short links and shows visits over the last 30 days and your top links in the dashboard.
Append UTMs to the destination with the built-in UTM builder so Google Analytics or your BI tools can attribute sessions after the redirect. Visib still counts the click even when the visitor never copies the long URL.
For masking the address bar while keeping your brand visible, read the link cloaking guide and the link cloaking tool comparison.
Link retargeting pixels on the click path
Link retargeting in ad platforms usually starts with a pixel event. Attach GA4 measurement IDs, Meta Pixel, Google Ads (AW- tags), TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag per vlink so those tools see clicks from your shared content. You build audiences and run ads inside Meta, Google, or LinkedIn; Visib fires the tag on the way to the destination.
Full wiring instructions live in the analytics and pixels guide.
Connect third-party analytics without extra code on the destination
You do not need to edit the site you link to. Pixels and UTMs run on Visib's redirect and overlay path, which helps when the publisher will not install your tags. Pair Visib click data with network or merchant reporting when you track affiliate or partner conversions elsewhere.
Overlay sales without a script on the target page are covered in CTA overlay without code. Compare Visib with Sniply and other tools on Visib vs Sniply and the compare hub.
Common questions
What is a link management tool?
A link management tool is software where you create, organize, and update the short links you share in public. Visib stores each link as a vlink with its destination URL, branded domain, overlay design, UTMs, and optional tracking pixels. You edit a link's destination, overlay, UTMs, or pixels in one place instead of hunting through spreadsheets.
How is Visib different from a plain URL shortener?
Plain shorteners redirect and may show basic click counts. Visib adds a CTA overlay on the page you send people to, click analytics in the dashboard, a UTM builder on Starter, per-link pixels for GA4, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and custom domains. Business adds custom slugs, snapshots when sites block iframes, and no Visib badge on your CTAs.
Does Visib work as a link tracking tool?
Yes. Every vlink counts visits and CTA clicks, and the dashboard shows visits over the last 30 days and your top links. You can also append UTMs to the destination and fire third-party tags on the click path. See the analytics and pixels guide for setup steps.
Can I use Visib for link retargeting?
Visib is not a retargeting ad platform. You can attach Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tags, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or GA4 measurement IDs to individual vlinks so those platforms receive click events you can use in your own retargeting campaigns. You still manage audiences and spend inside each ad tool.
What does Visib cost?
Starter is 9 €/mo: 10 vlinks, one custom domain, click analytics, UTM builder, and the Chrome extension. Business is 19 €/mo: unlimited links, five custom domains, unlimited CTAs, snapshots, custom slugs, and no Visib badge on overlays. All plans are paid.
How does Visib compare to Sniply for link management?
Sniply and Visib both manage shared links with CTA overlays on third-party content. Visib lists every vlink in one dashboard with domains, analytics, and pixels per link, and pricing starts at 9 €/mo with the badge removed on Business at 19 €/mo.
